CIFI Plaza Beijing Multifunctional

This architectural visualization presents a large contemporary building complex spanning the full width of the composition, approximately four to five stories in height with varying setbacks creating a terraced profile, the primary facade material consists of horizontal aluminum louvers in cool gray tones that wrap around the building creating a rhythmic pattern of parallel lines suggesting both sun shading function and contemporary aesthetic sophistication, scanning from left to right the eye encounters first a mature deciduous tree with a broad spreading canopy in deep green that partially frames the leftmost portion of the building, the building itself features a glazed corner element at upper left with visible interior greenery and what appears to be a rooftop terrace, moving toward center the facade displays a distinctive vertical living wall installation where cascading plants in fresh green create an organic interruption within the metallic grid, golden yellow angular canopy structures extend outward from the building at both left and right portions of the ground level creating sheltered zones and adding warm color accents that contrast with the predominant cool gray palette, the ground floor features transparent glass storefronts with warm interior lighting visible suggesting retail or hospitality functions while small trees and outdoor seating areas establish human-scaled zones of activity, the foreground plaza area populated with approximately twenty figures in contemporary casual attire engaged in walking and gathering activities provides essential scale reference with figures appearing roughly one-tenth the building height, a second mature tree with spreading branches frames the right edge creating compositional balance, the sky above presents soft clouds in cream and pale blue with warmer golden tones near the horizon suggesting late afternoon atmospheric conditions that cast gentle diffused light across the entire scene creating soft shadows and a welcoming ambient warmth throughout.

CIFI Plaza Beijing is an infill project, located in the core business area of Fangshan District, Beijing. As a community shopping center, the design strives to incorporate social / public spaces into the project, and to provide a community living room for the surrounding neighborhoods. The project aims to create a three-dimensional city with variable spaces.
