Golden A' Design Award Winner 2020
This retail interior environment presents a welcoming commercial space approximately square in format, photographed from a position slightly left of center looking toward the back right corner, revealing the full spatial arrangement and material richness of the design. Beginning with the ceiling, the upper portion features dramatic angular planes of bold red, a warm vermillion like ripe tomatoes or autumn leaves, punctuated by rectangular light fixtures suspended at varying heights, their surfaces appearing as pale wood or cream-colored material emitting soft white illumination. Moving downward, warm timber slats in honey and golden oak tones wrap horizontally across portions of the ceiling and vertically down walls, creating a ribbed texture that would feel like smooth, rounded wooden dowels if touched, slightly warm to the hand. The left wall contains a large recessed alcove framed in curved dark wood with black metal trim, housing multiple shelves displaying packaged products in whites, oranges, and earth tones, with text reading Exclusive Editions above and category labels including Seasonal Specials and First Edition marking different sections. The center of the space features a substantial island counter, its base wrapped in vertical wooden slats similar in character to warm caramel or pale cinnamon, topped with white stone suggesting cool polished marble with subtle gray veining, displaying informational panels with colorful circular graphics and text. To the right, another counter with matching wooden base and stone top serves as a service station, with screens and equipment visible, beneath a hanging sign indicating Order and Pick Up, while behind it a red wall panel creates visual energy. The floor throughout consists of small rectangular tiles arranged in a herringbone pattern, pale cream or white suggesting cool smooth ceramic underfoot, their geometric arrangement providing subtle visual interest without competing with the warmer elements above.

Using the experience of a previous pop up and international locations to innovate and rethink the entire experience. Create an ultra-functional store, that would work well for a very high traffic, intricate space.
