Golden A' Design Award Winner 2020
This audio description guides listeners through an extraordinary interior space designed as a professional training center. Beginning with orientation, you enter a room where every surface flows and curves like soft-serve ice cream or windswept snow formations, rendered in pristine white with a smooth finish that feels cool and polished like fine porcelain. The walls rise and undulate without corners or sharp edges, creating a continuous sculptural envelope that wraps around the space with organic fluidity suggesting caves formed by water or clouds frozen in motion. Looking upward, the ceiling presents a dramatic composition where irregular geometric panels of polished mirror, silver and highly reflective like still water, are arranged in a fragmented constellation pattern. These reflective surfaces are bordered and interrupted by masses of soft white feathers that cascade downward like frozen waterfalls or cumulus clouds, creating a textural contrast between the hard geometric mirrors and the soft organic plumage. The feathers catch light and create gentle shadows, suggesting softness like down pillows or fresh snow. Moving attention to the floor beneath, the surface presents as smooth white resin, slick and cool like polished marble, interrupted by dark gray-black linear markings that flow across the surface like ink brushed onto rice paper in spontaneous calligraphic gestures, creating the impression of frozen streams or artistic brushwork. Near the center of the floor space, an organic kidney-shaped island of living green moss creates a patch of verdant earth tones, soft and springy like forest floor covering, its rich green contrasting dramatically with the surrounding white. To the right side, two cylindrical tables finished in warm polished gold catch light with the warmth of afternoon sunshine on brass, their surfaces reflective and lustrous. A gray velvet sofa, soft and plush, sits nearby with dried flowers in warm pink and burgundy tones arranged in clear glass vessels. Through an arched opening in the undulating white walls, a grove of birch trees becomes visible, their white bark marked with characteristic dark horizontal striations, suggesting connection to natural woodland environments and introducing organic vertical elements that contrast with the flowing horizontal curves.
The MT Fashion Center is a member-only space created especially for negotiation, business, modeling training, catwalk show, and private custom image creation. Taking into account the fashion and the special experience for customers, designers thought space should meet the needs of a variety of functions, and show her vitality and unique soul. It needs a kind of power, just like the one of nature which is endless and full of vitality, melting glaciers, rejuvenating earth, and recovering everything.
